Currently, you will need to call our customer service center to redeem your credits and points. In the very near future, we will have an automated process whereby you can log into your My Account section and spend your hard-earned points.
Redeem your credits and points for cruises, flights, on-board services, discounts, and a variety of additional items and special opportunities offered by Visit Rewards for a full listing.
You can earn points by booking your travel with us on the following cruise lines: AmaWaterways, Avalon Waterways, Lindblad Expeditions, Uniworld River Cruise, Silversea Cruises, Seabourn Cruises, Regent Seven Seas, Paul Gauguin Cruises and many, many more. To qualify for a reward, you must have a sufficient amount of available points to redeem for the full cost of the reward. However, you can apply your Cash Credits to a pending cruise balance.

Rewards cannot be redeemed for cash and have no cash or residual cash value. Rewards cannot be combined with any other certificates, coupons, discounts, upgrades, awards, or promotions. Rewards are offered as promotional items and are void if sold for cash or other consideration, or if altered or copied, and cannot be reissued if destroyed, lost or stolen. Rewards are not valid where prohibited by law.

You cannot redeem credits or points until they show as "Available" in your Account. Pending credits and points cannot be used toward reward redemption. All redemptions are final and may not be cancelled.

You cannot transfer points and credits, but you can give them as a gift to someone else. 90% of the gift will be allocated to the recipient; 10% of the gift goes toward administrative costs.
Credits and points do not expire as long as there is a qualifying purchase or redemption activity through on your Loyal Royal Account at least once every eighteen (18) months.
In addition to your registration id (typically your email address), will assign you a unique Royal Loyal ID that you can use to login to your account, check your balance, send invitations and much more.
You don’t have to do anything. We automatically add your account number to any trip that you book with us.
You will earn points on trips currently booked, but not yet traveled, but points are not earned retroactively on completed trips
Just login to your account at and click on the My Account link – this will take you to the overview page of your account where you can check you point balance.
Any trip that you book with us will show a pending point balance. Once you have completed your trip, the status of those point will change from "pending" to "earned". This is your indication that points have been credited to your account. This generally happens within 30 days of your return from a trip.
It may take up to 48 hours for your account to update. If the points still do not appear in your account after 48 hours, please call toll-free to 888-318-3110 to speak with a Travel Expert or send an email to [email protected].
Sometimes your point balance will not match due to bonus points that are being credited to you as a result of your loyalty to us. Additionally, if you booked a suite, you may be eligible for additional points. Also, you may have redeemed points in the interim that affect your total balance.
Your Royal Loyal ID is unique to you and your Royal Loyal account. Please keep it in a safe place. If you have forgotten the ID, please click here to have it sent to you via email. There is only one Royal Loyal ID per person.
No. Your Royal Loyal ID is unique to you, your ID and your Royal Loyal account. Any trip booked will automatically become associated with the ID related to the account used to book a trip and cannot be changed.
