Disembark in Helsinki and transfer to the airport for your flight to Rovaniemi, the lively capital of Finnish Lapland. Embark on a river cruise to a reindeer farm located right on the Arctic Circle. Try your hand at reindeer lassoing before continuing across the river for lunch at a traditional log lodge dating to 1887. Then, head to a traditional Lappish home to see a reindeer antler carving demonstration. Cap your evening off with a traditional Kota dinner served by an open fire.

Visit a local family farm for a glimpse of daily life and a traditional local lunch. After some time at leisure at your hotel, head to the Bear´s Den, a historic site that once served as a retreat for Finland’s former president. Here, relax with a steam in a log sauna followed by a refreshing plunge and dinner at the landmark restaurant onsite.
