Our trip was very good with some great highlights. It was also not great because of their approach to cruising. We have cruised quite a bit and one of the most relaxing parts is that you pay for most things up front. Four Seasons cruising functions like a hotel. You pay for your room up front and then every drink ( including soft drinks), food etc is charged separately. One meal when our children were waiting for their dinner, (took 1 1/2 hours) each of the 4 children had 2 drinks. We were charged $60.00 for just their drinks. We heard others complaining about this approach. It would be interesting to see how many repeat customers they receive! There are so many other options!
The wonderful parts were the ship, rooms, itinerary, and workers, Our 5 rooms were connecting and the master was amazing. All of the rooms had balconies that also connected. We also had our own splash pool. Our butler was perfect. The BEST employee was Thomas who was in charge of all the entertainment and the happiness of the patrons. He went out of his way to make sure our family had what we needed , wanted and more.
We had one of our best family trips but will choose to take another cruise line for any future trips.
