After disembarking your ship, you will be greeted by your Viking host and assisted to your hotel . Afterward, you are free to explore on your own, or get to know the city by joining one of the optional excursions on offer. Journey through the neighborhoods of Brooklyn, or call at Chinatown and Little Italy to gain insight into the multitude of cultures that coexist and thrive in New York City.

Enjoy another day to explore New York at your own pace, perhaps joining an optional excursion to visit the Museum of Modern Art before its doors open to the public. Try a slice of New York cheesecake or a real New York–style pizza, or head to Central Park to visit the famous zoo. This evening, you may choose to join an optional excursion to see the lights of the city from the Empire State Building’s top deck. (B)

On your final day, you will transfer by motor coach to the airport. (B)

Discover one of Canada’s most beloved cities, rich in history and adorned with elegant architecture dating back to the 17th century. Your hotel is centrally located and within easy walking distance of the main sights, including the pedestrian-only Old Port, a charming cluster of old stone buildings hugging the shores of the St. Lawrence River. Perhaps you will rent a horse-drawn carriage to help you explore.

You will have a full day to uncover the beauty and culture of Montreal at your leisure or you may join an optional excursion. Perhaps discover Quebec’s heritage at the Abbey of Notre-Dame du Lac and sample a selection of artisanal produce. Or indulge yourself during a vineyard visit in the heart of Quebec’s wine country, with a gourmet lunch. This evening, you are free to enjoy dinner on your own. (B)

On your final day, you will transfer by motor coach to your awaiting ship. (B)
