Specially commissioned to sail the Rhône and Saône as part of Emerald Cruises’ Sensations of Southern France itinerary, the Emerald Liberté joined the fleet in 2017 as one of three Star-Ships designed to redefine river cruising. Mirroring the effortless sophistication and beauty of the French countryside, the ship delivers an intimate and luxurious experience for 132 guests, complemented by a dedicated crew and world-class service reminiscent of a luxury hotel.
Guests can savor authentic, locally-sourced cuisine paired with perfect wines curated by onboard sommeliers, while enjoying cutting-edge amenities across four beautifully-appointed decks. Suites, staterooms, and public spaces are designed for both comfort and style, providing abundant opportunities for relaxation as the ship glides past culturally-rich cities, picturesque wine regions, and charming Mediterranean settlements between Lyon and Avignon.
The Sun Deck offers the ideal spot to unwind, whether enjoying panoramic views, taking a few shots on the putting green, or basking in the Mediterranean climate. The heated pool features a retractable glass roof for an al fresco experience, and the Horizon Bar & Lounge provides a stylish setting for cocktails and socializing.
