An intoxicating blend of old and new, the city boasts the narrow lanes and colonial charms of Old Spain while offering the fine amenities of a resort city. Upon arrival at your hotel, relax on your own or join one of our optional excursions: visit Ponce, famed for its museums, or stroll the streets of Old San Juan to learn about its crafting traditions.
Explore San Juan on your own today. You might start your day with a swim in the warm waters of Condado Beach or stroll the narrow streets of the old town, lined with rose, blue and yellow houses. Perhaps visit the Cathedral of San Juan Bautista, the second-oldest cathedral in the Americas. You may also join one of our optional excursions: visit a manatee conservation center, participate in a Puerto Rican cooking class or visit Caguas to tour its museums and make your own chocolate. (B)
