Despite a damaged lock disrupting our itinerary, AMA Waterways handled everything with professionalism and care—busing us to key destinations and regaining time once the issue was resolved. The staterooms were comfortable, the food excellent, and the service consistently warm and attentive. Our cruise manager Veronica and servers Sonia and Laura truly stood out, making the experience feel personal and seamless. While I wish the upper deck had been open more often, the overall experience was so positive that we’re already looking forward to our next AMA cruise
