Aman At Sea
Amangati is the inaugural vessel from Aman’s new seafaring venture—an exquisite super yacht that carries the brand’s unmistakable DNA into open waters. Taking its name from the Sanskrit word for "motion" or "path," The Amangati is more than a ship; it is a fluid extension of Aman’s tranquil philosophy, offering a maritime experience defined by privacy, space, and profound stillness.
Scheduled to set sail in 2027, Amangati will measure 183 meters (600 feet) in length and is designed to accommodate 94 guests across 47 spacious suites, each featuring a private terrace with uninterrupted ocean views. The design is the result of a collaboration between Aman and SINOT Yacht Architecture & Design, blending contemporary Japanese and Scandinavian influences with a deep respect for natural elements. The result is an aesthetic of refined simplicity: warm wood tones, natural stone finishes, and an intentional flow that encourages relaxation at every turn.
At the heart of the vessel is an expansive Aman Spa and Wellness Center, spanning two decks and including a hammam, Japanese onsen-style plunge pools, treatment rooms with sea views, a yoga pavilion, and a state-of-the-art fitness center. Guests can take part in personalized wellness journeys or enjoy daily rituals designed to rebalance body and mind.
Dining aboard Amangati is an experience of culinary artistry, with multiple venues offering menus inspired by the regions visited—whether it’s Mediterranean coastal cuisine, Asian fusion, or Aman’s signature wellness-focused offerings. There will also be a chef’s table for intimate tasting menus and a curated wine cellar featuring rare vintages.
The ship features a multi-level beach club located at the aft, with expansive lounging areas, direct sea access for swimming and watersports, and a marina platform that unfolds to create a seamless connection with the ocean. Additional onboard amenities include a cinema, library, art gallery, and several indoor and outdoor lounges, all designed with Aman’s unmistakable sense of calm and spaciousness.
Amangati will sail curated itineraries to culturally rich and naturally stunning destinations, bypassing large ports in favor of exclusive harbors and hidden coastal gems. From the Greek Isles to the coast of Japan, every journey is shaped around immersive experiences, elegant discovery, and Aman’s signature hospitality.

Aman is known for restful hospitality and quiet sanctuaries, and it brings that same calm to the water. The line offers bespoke cruising aboard Amandira, a custom-built, two-masted phinisi (a traditional Indonesian wooden sailing yacht) that sails the remote Indonesian archipelagos. Next comes Amangati, a 47-suite luxury motor yacht launching in 2027.
Amandira offers an intimate, highly customized voyage through Indonesia's most striking marine destinations, among them the UNESCO-listed Komodo National Park and the biodiverse Raja Ampat islands. The yacht holds up to ten guests in five well-appointed cabins, so every voyage feels personal. A crew of 14, including a private chef and a PADI-certified dive master, looks after everything from gourmet dining to guided dives.
Guests can snorkel, kayak, and scuba dive, all with quality equipment on hand. Each itinerary is shaped around what you want, for a genuinely bespoke trip through some of the clearest waters anywhere.
Aman widens its presence on the water with Amangati, a 47-suite luxury motor yacht designed by SINOT Yacht Architecture & Design. Launching in 2027, it brings Aman's signature calm to ocean travel. Every suite will have a private balcony with open sea views, and the yacht will offer multiple dining venues, an expansive Aman Spa with a Japanese garden, and a Beach Club with direct access to the water.
Two helipads will make it easy to reach remote destinations. The result is an ocean yacht built around Aman's commitment to privacy, serenity, and attentive service.
