Fly into Toronto, where you will meet your Viking Representative and transfer to your hotel. After check-in, you are free to explore the city on your own. Perhaps take a stroll through the historic enclave of Wychwood Park or view the beautiful Victorian industrial architecture in the Distillery District. This evening, enjoy dinner at one of Toronto’s many established eateries.

After breakfast, check out of your hotel and join a guided city tour to uncover Toronto’s history. You will have lunch at a local restaurant before leaving the city behind to head toward scenic Gravenhurst, the “Gateway to Muskoka,” to take in the views of its stunning natural landscapes. Upon arrival in Gravenhurst, check into your lakeside hotel and enjoy a delicious dinner with your fellow guests. (B, L, D)

After breakfast, immerse yourself in nature as you experience the scenic charm of Ontario’s lakes up close with a boat ride on Lake Rosseau. Soak up the natural beauty of your surroundings as you gaze upon its tranquil waters and see the breathtaking greenery that lines the shore. Then visit Muskoka Lakes Farm and Winery, nestled in the lush Ontario countryside, to indulge in a delicious lunch followed by a guided farm tour and wine tasting. This morning, check out of your hotel and set out for Toronto, where you will transfer to your ship to begin your cruise. Along the way, pause for a visit at Sainte-Marie Among the Hurons, Ontario’s first European community. (B, L)

Disembark your ship and transfer to your excursion, an invigorating airboat ride through the Everglades. Your vessel’s flat-bottomed hull makes navigating the shallow waters easy, while its powerful engine and propeller can reach speeds of up to 40 mph. As you cruise, learn about this delicate ecosystem and keep watch for resident wildlife, such as manatees, American crocodiles and sea turtles. After, return to shore, check in to your hotel and enjoy the remainder of the day at your leisure.
